Among the main challenges were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>High volume of legacy data:<\/strong> More than 7,100 files (DWG, PDF, images) needed to be organized and curated;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lack of standardization between teams:<\/strong> The teams used different workflows and tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diversity of technical profiles:<\/strong> There were professionals with varying levels of experience with BIM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integration between areas:<\/strong> The connection between budget, schedule, and model was still limited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Cadbim conducted the BIM implementation.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/cadbim.com.br\/en\/about-cadbim\/\">Cadbim<\/a> structured the project in <strong>8 strategic steps<\/strong>, which were carried out throughout <strong>24-month contract<\/strong> and almost <strong>6,000 technical hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Diagnosis and audit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mapping existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and gathering legacy data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Defining the BIM structure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Choosing the platforms, organizing the data environments, and defining the technical guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Creation of the BIM Mandate (BEP)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Formal documentation outlining standards, responsibilities, workflows, and implementation objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Development of templates and libraries<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Customization of parametric collections, designed for the context of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (IURD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Technical training<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Theoretical and practical training for professionals, focusing on the institution&#039;s real workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Assisted operation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Direct involvement in pilot projects, with active support from Cadbim to the IURD teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Implementation of 4D and 5D BIM<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Integration between schedule, budget, and digital model, connecting planning and execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
