May 26, 2026 – NTI Group, a leading provider of software and services for the construction, design, manufacturing, and media & entertainment industries, today announced the acquisition of Cadbim in Brazil.
NTI Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cadbim, a Brazilian company specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital transformation, and integrated management for the engineering, construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
The acquisition represents an important milestone in the group's expansion in Latin America, enabling a more robust joint offering for the AEC sector. The integration combines the global infrastructure and comprehensive portfolio of solutions of NTI Group with the solid technical expertise of Cadbim in highly complex engineering projects.
Based in São Paulo, Cadbim has built a solid track record over the past few years in complex projects involving corporate BIM implementation, multidisciplinary coordination, 4D/5D BIM, technical information management, common data environments (CDE), asset digitization, and integration between engineering, planning, procurement, and operations.
This strategic move represents another step by the NTI Group in strengthening its presence in the Latin American market, expanding not only its commercial and technological operations, but also its consulting and execution capabilities in specialized digital engineering services.
In the coming months, both companies (NTI Brasil and Cadbim) will continue their operations under the NTI Brasil brand, led by Virgilio Rocca as Managing Director. Cadbim will continue operating with its specialized technical team as part of NTI Brasil. Rodrigo Mioni will assume the position of AEC Consulting Director at NTI Brasil, maintaining his close relationship with clients and partners.
Joining forces and expanding operations
The acquisition allows NTI Brasil to offer a complete end-to-end ecosystem, ranging from software licensing and deployment to advanced BIM methodology training and technical project support.
With this integration, clients will benefit from an even more robust structure, connecting the global experience of the NTI Group to the technical and operational capabilities of Cadbim, developed in highly complex projects in the data center, industry, infrastructure, retail, healthcare, and building sectors.
