The Challenge

Coordinate 54 BIM models, produced by more than 40 companies, in a project of extremely high technical complexity and tight deadlines.

The objective was to ensure:

• Technical quality of the models;
• Integration between all disciplines;
• Reliable flow of information between design and execution;
• Delivery of an accurate as-built model for operation and maintenance.

The Solution

Cadbim implemented an integrated BIM management system, combining methodology, technology, and partnership with the Racional Engenharia team.

• Continuous auditing and multidisciplinary coordination;
• BIM 4D integrated into the project planning;
• Dashboards in Power BI for strategic decisions;
• Structuring CDE – Common Data Environment;
• Technical support in executive modeling and review of deliverables;
• Coordination between design and construction with point cloud.

The Key Moment

In the final stretch, we led the full 3D scanning of the project, consolidating a model LOD 500 faithful to the actual construction.

The result: A high-value strategic asset for the entire data center lifecycle.
