CADBIM signed its first contract with the then AHS (now RESIA) in 2007, involving the modeling of some disciplines in its residential building projects. Convinced by the quality of our projects, they decided to invest in the development of BIM standardization and the implementation of tools.
CADBIM then began developing solutions and implementing 3D software, developing BIM MANDANTE and standardizing families and templates. With the consolidation of BIM within the company, it was decided, starting in 2020, to use collaborative work in the cloud, allowing the process to become global and more precise. Furthering the improvement of the process, in partnership with RESIA, CADBIM began implementing 4D and 5D solutions that now demonstrate excellent performance.
Currently, the RESIA CADBIM works with its 100% projects in BIM, which has contributed to a reduction of up to 60% in the total project time and a significant increase in the accuracy of its construction work. CADBIM implemented BIM at RESIA from the initial stage of software selection, ACC implementation, development of standards for architectural, hydraulic, electrical and air conditioning families, as well as standardizing all documentation issuance for executive and approval projects.
Currently, CADBIM still considers the RESIA A great partner, developing consulting services and modeling for their projects, even after the completion of corporate implementation.
